We have adjusted our hours and we have made changes to our cleaning protocols to ensure the safety of our customers and employees.

Our current store hours are Tuesday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

No, during this crisis, we are not offering in-home repair, unless it is a warranty repair on an appliance we have sold.

If you need repair on an  appliance that is not under warranty, it must be serviced in-shop.

We charge a $40 diagnosis fee for washers, dryers and ranges and a $50 diagnosis fee for refrigerators and freezers.

YES! We will gladly accept all appliances for drop for FREE. You may bring your appliances to the store and drop them off. We have a button outside that you may ring to get help with removing the item from your vehicle.

Please ring the bell instead of coming inside to reduce the amount contact between staff and customers.

YES! We are currently offering a pickup service one day per week within a 10 mile radius of our store for a flat fee of $20.

Please contact us at (360) 352-7552 to arrange pickup. Appliances must be placed at the curb and be free of all food, clothes, water, etc.

Yes, we are offering delivery service on all appliances purchased in our store. The rates remain the same as prior to the crisis.

There are certains safety restrictions and requirements for delivery during this time so that we can provide safe service to our customers. Please speak with your salesperson about these safety requirements when you purchase your appliance.
